Schedule

• Annual Registration Fee: due every August for students currently enrolled. $45 1 child, $30 2nd child, maximum Registration Fee of $75 per family. Enrollment after December will have a pro-rated registration fee. 
• Recreational program make-up policy: recreational class students are granted 1 make-up class per month, on the designated make-up day, when the absence is due to student’s illness or family emergency. Our monthly make-up day is offered as a courtesy and may not fit every family’s schedule. Because the make-up day accommodates students across multiple class levels, it may look different from your child’s regular class. The make-up must be completed in the month the absence took place or within 1 week of the next month. Consistent attendance is important for proper gymnastics development. We do not offer make-ups for absences due to other activities and events.
• Competitive team groups are not eligible for make-ups.
• Camps & Special Events: Camp, Parents’ Night Out, open gym, and other special events are staffed in advance based on registration numbers. Absences, for any reason, cannot be refunded or made up.
• Holiday closures: Monthly tuition is structured for 4 classes per month. In the event the holiday interrupts 1 of the 4 classes that month, a make-up time will be offered. If the holiday falls on a day where students still receive their 4 classes that month, a make-up will not be offered.
• Weather closures: Gulf coast weather can be unpredictable. Closures due to weather will be handled on a case-by-case basis. When possible, we will offer make-up opportunities. Make-ups may not be feasible after days-long closures due to weather or damage that occurs due to weather, as it would not be possible to accommodate in addition to our regular schedules.
