- Make-up Class Policy: recreational class students are granted 1 makeup class per month if the absence is due to student illness or family emergency only. School year make-ups will be scheduled on the designated make-up day for the month. The make-up must be completed in the month the absence took place in. The make-up class is offered as a courtesy and may not align with every family’s schedule.
- Holiday Make-ups: Monthly tuition is based on 4 classes per month. In the event the holiday falls on a day that has 5 classes that month, a make-up class will not be granted. If the student will only receive 3 classes that month due to a holiday, they will be provided an opportunity to make-up their class. The make-up class is offered as a courtesy and may not align with every family’s schedule.
